A major issue for increasing book sales is how authors can capitalize on the many learning experiences that occur constantly through social media platforms. That is, how can authors use collaborative learning to help customers and clients learn what they need to know, when they need to know it, and in a way that works most effectively for their learning style and the advancement of the author’s businesses.

In this interactive session, you will learn about some of the most effective ways that social media can be used to educate others, support knowledge sharing, and leverage the power of informal learning to help you market your books, your message, and your services.

Cancellations must be in writing and faxed to +1-919-662-9751 or e-mailed to b_r_price@bellsouth.net.

Fifty percent (50%) of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from April 18 through May 29, 2010.

Cancellations received after May 29, 2010 and no-shows are non-refundable.
